Features
This plastic spoon packing machine to complete the molding, positioning, packaging and sealing functions. Mainly includes the following several parts:
1. Cutting system
The sealing system by the horizontal sealing knife (up and down) and vertical sealing knife (left and right) composition, its role is to complete the horizontal and vertical packaging.
2. Heating system
The system needs to heat horizontal sealing knife and vertical sealing knife, and temperature control, thermometer acquisition and control sealing knife temperature.
3. Frequency control system
Inverters drive cross-cut knife to achieve the purpose of sealing, the speed determines the speed of ice cream spoon packing machine.
4. Longitudinal sealing feeding system
The vertical sealing feeding system is driven by the servo-driven feeding roller and the cross feeding system. According to the technical specifications such as the bag length of the packaging film, it can accurately deliver the film and achieve the accurate sealing and cutting requirements.
5. Electrical control system
Single-phase power supply 220V/50Hz power supply, the host of the electrical system mainly by the PLC, inverter, servo system, human-machine interface and other components.
Plastic Spoon Packing Machine Features:
☆ The machine is controlled by 3-5 sets of servo motors to complete the packaging process, which satisfies the synchronization of feeding, pushing, filming, clamping, and sealing and cutting speeds, and can realize intelligent adjustment.
☆ It is convenient for product replacement and realizes multiple functions in one machine, which greatly saves adjustment time and enterprise investment.
☆ Adjustable touch screen panel, easy to operate, can store and retrieve the product technical parameters, only need to call the corresponding parameters when changing the product to be packaged.
☆ The new double longitudinal sealing heating structure and the new longitudinal sealing heating structure can meet the good sealing of the longitudinal sealing at a lower temperature during high-speed packaging.
