Cement packing machine is an essential equipment for packaging cement. Mainly used to complete automatic packaging of cement, fly ash, gypsum powder and other powdery materials with good fluidity. It is widely used in cement plants and other industries.
Cement packing machines can be divided into fixed and rotary types. Fixed type usually has 1-4 cement discharging nozzles, the rotary type includes 6 to 8 cement discharging nozzles, and it is operated in a roto manner to realize the automatic filling of the cement bag.
Rotary Cement Packing Machine Structure:
The rotary cement packing machine is mainly composed of a feeding device, a main drive device, a power supply system, a rotating bin, a weighing mechanism, a cylinder control mechanism, a cone intermediate plate, a dust collecting plate, a weighing frame, and an electrical control system.
Feeding Device:
The automatic cement packing machine adopts an eccentric feeding method, the cement reaches the top of the packaging machine after passing through the intermediate silo, screw gate and feeding device. Then enter the rotating silo through the soft connection of the feeding device.
Main Drive Device:
The main transmission device is composed of an upper beam, a bearing seat, a hollow main shaft, a transmission gear and a reducer with a motor.
Power Supply System:
The power supply system can be divided into two parts: the first part is the main transmission rotation drive system; the second part is the charging motor of each discharge mechanism and the power supply of each executive component and the microcomputer system.
Rotating Bin:
The rotating box is the metal structure of the packing machine, which is cylindrical and rotates coaxially with the hollow shaft. The top of the storage box has an entrance, inspection and maintenance holes, and a liquid level indicator. The hollow main shaft is located in the center, which is also the overflow pipe of the waste bin.
Weighing Mechanism:
The weighing structure is composed of a load cell and a microcomputer.
Cylinder Control Mechanism:
A set of pneumatic control mechanism is installed at the rear of each nozzle. The mechanism consists of a cylinder, a regulating mechanism, an oil-water separator, a solenoid valve and other components.
Dust Collecting Plate:
The dust collecting plate is installed at the bottom of the rotary cement packing machine. It collects the reflux cement from the overflow pipe and the discharge nozzle, and then sends them back to the bucket elevator via a screw conveyor for replenishment.
Electrical Control System:
The electrical control system mainly includes the main control cabinet, single nozzle control box and operation box.
