Different Types of Filing Methods
Now there are many filling machine in the market, but there are different types of filling methods about the automatic filling machine, following is some details.

1. Atmospheric pressure method
Atmospheric pressure, that is, under normal pressure, the material flows into the packaging container by its own weight. Many free-flowing liquid materials which don’t contain gas can use this method, such as liquor, fruit wine, milk, soy sauce, vinegar and the like.
2. Isobaric method
Isobaric methods, that is, under conditions of above atmospheric pressure, First, inflate the packaging container so that it maintains the same air pressure as the reservoir and then flows into the packaging container with its own weight. This method is suitable for beverages containing gas, such as beer, carbonated drinks, etc. Filling by this method can reduce the loss of CO2, and can prevent a large amount of foam in the filling process, thereby affecting product quality and quantitative accuracy.
3. Vacuum method
The vacuum method is that the inside of the tank is vacuum. Before filling, the container must be vacuumed first. Then the liquid material flows into the bottle by its own weight. Because the structure is more complicated, fewer people use this method to fill bottle. However, vacuum filling has a wide range of applications. It can be used not only for oils and syrups but also for vegetable juices and fruit juices.
4. Pressure method
This method use mechanical pressure or air pressure, squeeze the material into the packaging container, this method is mainly used to fill the viscosity of the material, such as tomato sauce, toothpaste, balsam and so on.

For milk, wine, carbonated drinks, etc., you can use Isobaric filling method, vacuum filling, etc. Isobaric filling method can effectively reduce the loss of CO2, ensure the quality of beverages, prevent foam during the filling process, and ensure the accuracy of measurement. Therefore, this paper uses equal pressure filling method.
