How Does a Protein Bar Packaging Machine Work?
1. A in-feed conveyor lines up individual products into a forming box.
2. The forming box creates a continuous tube of film around the product.
3. A rotary heat sealer and cutter separates the bars and seals them into individual wrappers.
4. The sealed and packed energy bars exit the machine to be boxed and ready for shipment.

1. 3 servo control with touch screen operation.
2. Memory set for production parameters.
3. Carbon steel body, all parts touched with food are SUS304 material. It can also be made of full stainless steel.
4. High precision sealing parts, fast packing speed.
5. Expand with automatic feeding conveyor for fully automation. 

Energy Bar Packaging Material:
