The reason why the vacuum is accepted by the consumer is that the vacuum packing machine can automatically extract the air inside the bag and complete the sealing process after the vacuum degree is reached. It can also be filled with nitrogen or other mixed gases, and then complete the sealing process. Vacuum packaging technology is often used in the food industry, because after vacuum packaging, food can be antioxidant, so as to achieve long-term preservation purposes. But the use of vacuum packaging machine will also appear some problems, then how to solve the vacuum packaging machine failure?
 
1. Check the vacuum packaging machine accessories, vacuum packaging machine exhaust is not good, first check the vacuum packaging machine accessories, whether there are abnormal areas, such as leakage, skew and other problems, whether the gas leakage and whether the solenoid valve leaks.
2. Check the vacuum packing machine itself, the core part of the vacuum packing machine is the vacuum pump, check whether the vacuum pump is damaged or lack of maintenance. Is there any deformation and cracking in the whole frame? Especially for some brands of glass cover vacuum packer, it will be easy to appear cracks on glass cover if they are used for too long. In order to prevent this situation, the cover of the product has been used for 304 stainless steel.
3. When the vacuum packaging machine is running normally, the vacuum gauge and the computer board time adjustment are normal, but after vacuuming, the air in the vacuum bag is not eliminated. What is the matter? After checking, it was found that when the product was placed, the length of the vacuum bag mouth was too long to cause the vacuum cover to press and suck up. The sealing strip was pressed into the bag mouth part, resulting in the air in the bag was not completely cleaned.
