How does manual liquid filling machine work?
1. The machine uses compressed air as the power, composed of precision pneumatic components of an automatic filling system, simple structure, sensitive and reliable action, easy to adjust.
2. Manual and automatic switching function: When the machine is in the "automatic" state, the machine automatically fills continuously at the set speed. When the machine is in the "manual" state, the operator presses the pedal to realize filling. If the pedal is pressed continuously, it will turn into the state of automatic continuous filling.
3. Connect the compressed air source with the pressure of 0.6mpa. Firstly, rotate the filling volume to adjust the hand wheel and observe the scale of indicator window to reach the required filling volume. At the same time, the feeding and discharging speed are adjusted to achieve satisfactory filling effect. The filling quantity is measured by standard dosage, and the filling quantity is finally revised.
